One West Regent Street, Glasgow
Located in the heart of Glasgow, One West Regent Street is a new landmark development designed by Ryder Architecture with Sir Robert McAlpine as the main contractor.
Firespec’s involvement in this £60 million project has enabled SRM to hand over a properly fire protected structure, assisiting them in meeting with their CDM obligations for this package.
With 143,000 sq ft of grade A office and retail space over eleven levels, it is real boost to Glasgow’s commercial office space.
The development is one of Glasgow’s greenest buildings with EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ Ratings Achieved.
