Designed by architect Keppie Design, Glasgow’s 20 storey Build-To-Rent (BTR) accommodation is an impressive investment in the city’s waterfront. Firespec were delighted to receive the request to consult on the 100-million-pound project developed by key client Graham Construction Ltd.

A full suite of services was provided including inspection, testing and verification of intumescent applications throughout the project, advising on fire design and service distribution in addition to fire door and passive fire protection inspections.
