Ed City is an innovative mixed-use development in the Hammersmith & Fulham area of London. The £150million, multiple phase project was created by the Ark charity and features education hubs, offices and affordable accommodation. Firespec have provided a full range of services across all buildings on the site, including design related consultancy and regular compliance checks of structural and passive fire protection installations and doors.
Ed City is a 4–5-year development, the primary school and youth zone are due to open by the end of 2023, with rest of the scheme scheduled to be completed by 2025
